NICER

Choreographed by Dakota Comín/ Bodies in Paradise

Performed at Sala Carme Teatre, Valencia, Spain

09.06 - 11.06.203

This proposal arises from the need to value the body as a source of information, knowledge and refuge in times of global crisis and extreme uncertainty. By questioning the aggressive and individualistic patterns that surround it, the body is able to propose kinder codes for the community and ways of existing together. NICER is a place to imagine and experience desirable ways of being together. In dialogue with the different contents of the body: patterns, inheritances, memories, desires and ways of relating to the world, four bodies navigate in space, inhabiting their different contents and imagining possible landscapes and configurations for the creation of better and kinder futures. for oneself and the environment. “Freedom is the desire that conquers itself” - The architectures of desire, JA Marina.
